Where is Marco Bicego made?
Originating from Trissino bordering historical cities such as Venice, Vicenza and Verona Marco Bicego is inspired by nature and the architecture around him. As well as the breathtaking metropolitan cities he has to leave him awestruck, the countries Marco has visited has also been a fundamental cog in his head which can be reflected in the names of his collections some including; Africa, Jaipur and Marrakesh.
How is Marco Bicego Made?
The beginning of every piece’s life is all done in house. All pieces are set in 18 carat yellow, white or rose gold that Bicego Smelt themselves! It is then hand finished by adding elaborate signature engraving and coil techniques. The ‘Bulino’ is the name of the signature engraving used and also the name of the prehistoric tool used to exquisitely hand carve the brushed textured finish, an element that sets Bicego apart from other brands. Bespoke, one of a kind pieces in which no two are the same. From the way each piece of gold is shaped, molded and engraved completely by hand, down to the individually chosen gemstones. Marco Bicego has truly elevated craftsmanship to a fine art form.
The mesmerising sea of vibrant colours of the gemstones, with individual hues and sparkle used in the jewellery are hand selected for each piece in different colour combinations giving each one a true individual identity.
