The latest TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph showcases the advanced in-house chronograph movement, the Heuer 02 (Ref. TH20-00). This robust movement boasts bi-directional winding, a novel shield-shaped rotor, and an impressive 80-hour power reserve, ensuring exceptional performance.
Expanding its collection, TAG Heuer introduces a bi-complex panda aesthetic with a steel bracelet and contrasting flange, offering a fresh take on the iconic design. The rose gold Skipper draws inspiration from the popular glass box design introduced in early 2023 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the iconic Carrera chronograph. It is driven by the Heuer 02 (Ref. TH20-06) in-house calibre, a modified version of the Heuer 02 movement tailored specifically for regatta timing.
The creation of the 39mm case in 18K 5N rose gold, adorned with meticulous brushed and polished finishes, imbues the Skipper with a heightened sense of refinement, appealing to discerning collectors, whilst its functionality as a fully capable sailing watch remains uncompromised.
