All delivery times are subject to stock availability. If your item has to be ordered direct from suppliers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our 'normal' 1-3 day delivery we will contact you to discuss your delivery date and time. We cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by credit applications or banking delays. In addition to this, delivery times can be delayed should an item of jewellery require re-sizing. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and may be extended as the result of any adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control.
Delivery Charges
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail and Royal Mail Special Delivery™ and will reach you within 1-3 working days. We can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland.
Fraud Protection
To help fight online fraud Baker Brothers is proactive in recognising fraudulent transactions. Our checks are essential and completed for each and every transaction to protect the security of both our customers and our business.
Where possible we will endeavour to conduct our security checks inside our delivery service level agreement, however from time to time we may contact you by phone or e-mail to request additional proof of identity before we dispatch your order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Service
If Royal Mail Special Delivery™ is selected, please be aware that all items are insured by us whilst in transit and a signature at your address will be required upon receipt of the delivery.
If you are not at home during your delivery time, Royal Mail will leave you a contact card so you can re-arrange delivery for a suitable time or date.
Click & Collect
This option is available when you checkout and is free of charge.
We will contact you upon receipt of your order to arrange a convenient time for you to visit our Boutique to collect your order.

Returns and Refunds
This applies to online returns only.
At Baker Brothers we are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason that is not the case, we offer a 14-day full refund (excluding shipping costs). All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form. Please see the terms and conditions below.
We offer two options for returning your purchase to us.
RETURN BY POST
Items can be returned directly to Baker Brothers within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form. Please address your returned package to:

Please note:
We do not offer a free returns policy. The customer is required to pay return postage charges.
Insurance for returning items is strongly recommended as the customer is fully responsible for the item until it reaches Baker Brothers.
For your benefit and security, in the event of a postal return, we recommend that you send the goods back to Baker Brothers by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt of notification. Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 01234 352343 or email [email protected] and we will rectify the situation.
RETURN TO A BAKER BROTHERS DIAMOND STORE
Online purchases may be returned to our Baker Brothers Boutique.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form. Please bring the completed form along with the original dispatch note and the item(s) you wish to return and our store will be pleased to process your refund or exchange.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Baker Brothers cannot accept returns of earrings if they have been worn and cleaning products if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning items to Baker Brothers, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the dispatch note and the returns slip.
Baker Brothers cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, engraved or made bespoke.
FOR FAULTY GOODS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund (excluding shipping costs). This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods.
Please follow the above procedures. All returns to the boutique must be accompanied by a completed returns form. The boutique will be pleased to process your return in accordance with our return’s terms and conditions.
